Japanese roof iris
Iris tectorum- Family
- Iridaceae
- Garden
- Under the walnut tree, Sierras de Córdoba
Field note
The lucky irises. They came to my home as seeds and have spread generously. They do much better in shade, where they form a large, vigorous community; they need some keeping in check. Generous plants.
